Smooth process for a new bed

I recently ordered a Polsterbett from Alphambel. The ordering process on their website was pretty simple to navigate, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Delivery took about 10 days, which they had communicated upfront. The bed frame arrived in a few large boxes, and all the parts were clearly labeled. Assembly instructions were decent, not overly complicated, and I managed to put it together myself in an afternoon. The quality of the upholstery is nice, and it feels quite sturdy. I did have a question about tracking at one point and used their online chat; the agent was helpful and provided the info quickly. Happy with the overall purchase and how it all went.

Decent value, minor hiccup

I purchased an Ecksofa from Alphambel. The price was competitive, and the sofa itself is comfortable and seems sturdy enough for daily use. Delivery took about 8 days to reach Portland, which was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but within their estimated range. One of the cushions had a very small, almost unnoticeable, scuff mark on the back when it arrived. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, offering a small partial refund or replacement, which was fair. Overall, a good experience, but they could improve their packaging slightly.

Reliable choice for furniture

I've ordered from Alphambel a few times now, and they're consistently good. This last order was for a new Kleiderschrank, and it arrived just as expected, within the stated delivery window. Assembly was straightforward, like with the Couchtisch I got last year. It's why I keep coming back, I know what I'm getting.

Great deal on a Sideboard

I was looking for a new Sideboard and found a great deal on Alphambel. The price was significantly lower than other stores I checked. Shipping wasn't free, but even with the cost, it was still a solid saving. The unit looks good in my living room, definitely felt worth what I paid.
